6、Background：

Recombinant human IL-10 is a homodimer that mainly acts on the immune system, exerting a dual regulatory effect of immunosuppression or immunostimulation. The dual role of IL-10 in immunoregulation is mainly attributed to its different effects on CD4+T cells and CD8+T cells. While inhibiting the pro-inflammatory process of CD4+T cells, IL-10 can also promote the killing ability and memory formation of CD8+T cells. Similarly, IL-10 also promotes survival, proliferation and antibody production of B cells.
