Development of monoclonal cell lines
Vector construction, and the exogenous gene was introduced into CHO/HEK293 cells by transfection, and the resistance gene was screened. The single cell printing system and monoclonal imaging system were combined to screen the monoclonal cell line with stable and high-throughput expression of the target protein.
