    5、Research background:

CD16 protein is mainly divided into two subtypes, A and B. CD16B or FcγRIIIB is mainly expressed on neutrophils and mediates the exocytosis of granule proteins. CD16A or FcγRIIIA is mainly present in macrophages, monocytes and NK cells. The transmembrane molecule with a unique cytoplasmic domain is the main cytotoxic receptor. It can recognize and bind to the Fc segment of tumor-associated antigen-binding IgG, generate cytokines or produce antibody-dependent cytotoxicity, and also mediate the maturation and activation of cells expressing CD16A; in addition, it can regulate autocrine and paracrine immunity, affect antigen presentation and inflammatory processes, including cytokine release and chemotactic cell migration. This antibody can promote the proliferation of NK cells and the secretion of killer cytokines, activate the antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) of NK cells, and enhance the ability of NK cells to recognize and eliminate tumor cells.
